Application and Admission


Project REAL is committed to helping individuals with mental illness attain the highest level of independence possible in a respectful and caring environment.

Persons who are interested in participating in the Project REAL Program may speak to their case manager, therapist, or psychiatrist about completing an application.

APPLICANTS MUST:
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Enter the program voluntarily
  • Not be a threat to self or others
  • Be free from current alcohol and/or substance abuse
  • Be involved in individual and or/group therapy
